Our products are crafted from high-quality metals such as brass, aluminium, and iron, chosen for their durability, finish, and timeless charm. Each piece is hand-finished, which means slight variations in colour, texture, or polish are natural and add to the uniqueness of the product.

2. Will the metal tarnish or change colour over time?

Yes, as with all natural metals, slight patina or colour changes may occur with time and use. This is part of the product’s character and does not affect its quality. To maintain shine, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

3. Are the products food safe?

Our serveware products are for dry food use only unless otherwise mentioned. If a product is coated or enamelled, it will be stated in the product description.

4. What is the delivery timeline?

• Within India: Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days from our studio.

• Customised or bulk orders: May take 10–14 working days depending on quantity and design.

• International shipping: Timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance.
