Returns & Exchange policy

At Rukmini Favours, we take great care in crafting and shipping our metal handicrafts. Every product is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, please read our policy below:

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is possible only if the product is damaged and the customer provides a genuine unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of opening.

Requests for exchange must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the product meets the exchange eligibility criteria.

No cash refunds are offered on discounted products. Instead, store credit of the same value will be issued.

Refunds/store credits are processed only after we receive and verify the returned product.

3. Return & Shipping Process

Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Our team will share the return address once the request is approved.

The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was originally delivered.

The original bill/invoice and shipping label must be intact and included with the return.

4. Time Frame

Exchange/refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
